Warranty Policy

Hughes Watch Company warrants its watches to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

If a defect covered by this warranty arises during the warranty period, Hughes Watch Company will, at its sole discretion, repair the watch, cover the cost of repair by a third-party watch repair service, replace the watch with the same or a comparable model, or refund the original purchase price.

This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners provided that proof of the original purchase can be supplied.

What is covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising during normal use of the watch, including manufacturing defects affecting the case, dial, hands, crystal, crown, movement, or other original components supplied by Hughes Watch Company.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, bracelet/strap wear, or other cosmetic changes resulting from ordinary use.

• Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.

• Damage caused by attempted repair, servicing, alteration, or disassembly by any person not authorized by Hughes Watch Company.

• Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, solvents, extreme temperatures, magnetic fields, or other environmental conditions beyond normal use.

• Damage occurring during shipment to Hughes Watch Company due to inadequate packaging.

• Routine maintenance, cleaning, regulation, adjustment, pressure testing, or any other preventative or maintenance service.

• Variations in timekeeping performance that fall within normal mechanical tolerances and do not result from a defect in materials or workmanship.

Water resistance

Water resistance is tested at the time of manufacture. Damage resulting from improper operation of the crown, caseback, or other sealed components, or from use beyond the stated water-resistance rating of the watch, is not covered under this warranty.

Claiming under warranty

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Hughes Watch Company and provide:

• Proof of purchase

• A detailed description of the issue, with photographs where possible

Additional photographs or information may be requested to evaluate the claim.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the watch to Hughes Watch Company unless otherwise instructed. Hughes Watch Company may, at its discretion, provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs for approved warranty claims.

Limitation of liability

The remedies described in this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the customer. Hughes Watch Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from ownership or use of the watch, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Effective date

This warranty applies to all watches purchased on or after June 4, 2026.

For purchases made before that date, any prior warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
