Production lead times

All Hughes Watch Company pieces are hand-made and assembled to order.

Current production lead times are listed on the product pages relative to the date an order is placed. Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on production volume, component availability, quality control requirements, and other circumstances.

If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

Shipping methods

Orders are shipped using reputable insured carriers selected by Hughes Watch Company. Shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout where applicable.

A signature will be required upon delivery.

Shipping confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic shipping

Orders shipped within the United States are fully insured while in transit. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier selected.

International shipping

**We currently do not sell/ship outside the U.S., though we intend to do so in the future.**

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Hughes Watch Company has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Such fees are not included in the purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.

International delivery times may be affected by customs processing and local postal services.

Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hughes Watch Company is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at support@hugheswatches.com.

We will work with you, the carrier, and the insurance provider to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

Any delivery dates or estimates provided by Hughes Watch Company are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
