Near Field captures the harmony of a wave propagating from a point source, inspired by the scientific insights of James Clerk Maxwell.

Hughes watches are hand-made and assembled to order. Current lead times are 4–6 weeks.

Near Field has an elemental copper or 925 sterling silver dial mounted in a 36 mm Explorer-style flat-sapphire case with 11.5 mm thickness excluding 0.5 mm crystal protrusion. The case is 43 mm in lug-to-lug length.
